Parry Sound Doubles Up Almaguin
A three goal third was enough to propel the Parry Sound Shamrocks to a 6-3 win over our PeeWee Ice Devils on Saturday afternoon at the Bobby Orr Community Centre in Parry Sound.
The home town Shamrocks opened the scoring just 31 seconds into the 1st, before Almaguin got on the board courtesy of Liam Madden to end the period 1-1.
Parry Sound would add 2 more in the middle frame, with Madden again replying, assisted by Andrew Hill with 14 seconds left in the period to make it a 3-2 game heading to the 3rd.
The third period also belonged to Parry Sound, as the Shamrocks out-scored our Ice Devils 3-1, to make the 6-3 final. Almaguin's 3rd period goal was scored by #21 Hailey Kincaid (unassisted).
