The Peewees had one game this weekend against the Parry Sound Shamrocks 2. After the first period, Almaguin was only down by one goal due to the strong efforts of their goalie, K. Brown.
The Peewees had one game this weekend against the Parry Sound Shamrocks 2. After the first period, Almaguin was only down by one goal due to the strong efforts of their goalie, K. Brown. The second and the third period witnessed many shots from both teams, which put four goals on the scoreboard for Almaguin. (Goals by Thomas Langford, Nathan Wouri, Hayden Snow. Assisted by Ben Haggart, Logan Duchesne, Nathan Wouri). In the end, Almaguin fell short with a score of 9-4. Honourable mention goes to Almaguin defensive player Ethan McLaren, who stopped many offensive plays from the Shamrocks.
The Peewees are back on the ice this coming Saturday in Parry Sound to battle the Shamrocks 1 team.
