Please follow the following steps to obtain VSC (Each Year Coaches and Bench Must fill out a declaration)

Step 1:

**Once complete save as a PDF

Step 2:

Please visit https://ontario.tritoncanada.ca/v/public/landing/ontarioprovincialpolice/home to start the Vulnerable Sector Check. You must check VSC(Vulnerable Sector Check) This should not cost anything because it is different from a background check. . Please follow the opp instructions

Step 3:

Once you have received the completed VSC please fill out the following form and upload it for approval.

Please note VSCs can take quite a while to be completed so it is very important to start the process right away.
