Better Fate Deserved!
The visitors deserved a better outcome in a well played game by both teams on Sunday afternoon in Parry Sound. After opening the scoring courtesy of Noah Haggart (with his third goal in two games), our Midget LL Ice Devils saw a very good Parry Sound team score 3 times in the 1st and once in the 2nd, before adding 2 more very late in the 3rd period to cap a 6-1 win. Almaguin gave a great effort, playing without 5 regulars. Going with 3 defence, Stephanie Young, Sabastain Patterson and Riley Dunn turned in a strong game on the blueline. Brett Joiner and Thomas Smith added assists on the Almaguin goal.
