After an opening weekend loss, the offence came alive in week two! A hat-trick and 6-point game (3 goals, 3 assists) by Hayden Snow led the way as Almaguin cruised to an 8-1 win over visiting C.C. Tatham from South Muskoka.
Almaguin wasted no time in getting things started with a four goal first (Markus Krajinovic, Hayden Snow, Brayden Moore and Connor McLaren).
Moore, with his second of the game and Dylan Watt would push the score to 6-0 heading to the 3rd before South Muskoka would get on the board mid-way through the final frame. That lone 3rd period goal against was the only dent in the armour of goaltender Josh dePeuter who turned in a fine performance in net.
Snow would cap his day with two more late period goals to send the home fans away happy.
Other Almaguin assists for the game went to Connor McLaren with 4, Markus Krajinovic, Ethan McLaren, Cliff Loucks and Colleen Carleton.
